Terms of Service

1. General

  1. These Terms govern the use of DropLedger, available at dropledger.app (the “Service”).
  2. The Service is provided and sold by: DropLedger, e-mail: support@dropledger.app (the “Seller”).
  3. The Service compares a public Steam inventory (the game Rust) with the list of known Twitch Drops and Kick Drops rewards and shows which items an account is missing.
  4. The Service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, Facepunch Studios, Twitch or Kick. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Services

  1. Free: a summary of a Steam account based on its public inventory and — after signing in with Steam — a preview of selected report rounds.
  2. Paid (one-time payment, no automatic renewal):
    • Full report (PLN 3.99 / $1.00) — every round and drop for one chosen Steam account, unlocked for good, with Excel export (CSV) and an account passport (PDF); the report is saved in your profile.
    • Report packs: 5 reports (PLN 13.99 / $3.49) and 15 reports (PLN 34.99 / $8.99) — 5 or 15 credits; each credit unlocks the full report of any one account. Credits do not expire while the Service operates.
    • Premium: 7 days (PLN 19.99 / $4.99) or 30 days (PLN 39.99 / $9.99) — full reports for every account for the chosen period from purchase, limited to 50 new reports per 24 hours (abuse protection). Reports opened with Premium do not stay unlocked after it ends.
  3. Results are informational. They depend on data provided by Steam (the inventory must be public) and on the completeness of the drops database, which the Seller keeps updating. The Seller does not guarantee that the database contains every item that has ever been a reward.

3. Technical requirements and account

  1. You need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. Sign-in uses Steam; the Service never receives your Steam password (details in the Privacy Policy). You can end the account agreement at any time by signing out and asking for deletion at support@dropledger.app.
  3. You may not use the Service unlawfully, scrape it automatically, bypass limits or disrupt its operation.

4. Orders and payments

  1. Prices include applicable taxes. The Polish version of the Service shows prices in PLN, other versions in USD.
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Available methods depend on the currency: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK or Przelewy24 for PLN.
  3. Before paying you accept these Terms and request immediate delivery. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed, and the purchase is delivered immediately — the report, credits or Premium appear in your profile.
  4. Stripe emails you a purchase document, including confirmation of your consent to immediate delivery of digital content, to the address given at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to points 2–4.
  2. The Full report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal ends once it is delivered, because before buying you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  3. Report packs — if no credit from the pack has been used, we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. Using a credit delivers digital content (point 2).
  4. Premium is a digital service provided from purchase at your express request. Each new full report opened with Premium is delivered in full when opened and has a separately set price of PLN 2.33 / $0.60 (the price of one report in the 15-report pack). If you withdraw within 14 days of purchase, you pay for what was provided until withdrawal — the higher of: the part of the Premium price for the days used (a started day counts in full) or the number of reports opened with Premium times their price, never more than the Premium price. We refund the rest and Premium ends. Once the Premium period has passed, the service is fully performed and the right of withdrawal ends.

6. Complaints

  1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of digital content and services with the contract. Send complaints to support@dropledger.app with the SteamID64 of the purchased account and a description of the problem.
  2. The Seller replies within 14 days.

7. Liability

The Seller strives to keep the Service available but is not liable for interruptions caused by Steam or other third-party services being unavailable. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

8. Final provisions

  1. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. The Seller may change these Terms for important reasons (changes in law or services). Changes do not affect purchases made before they take effect.
  3. Polish law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.
